Philosophy
V-Red Prospects Mission Statement
To ensure physical, psychological and social hockey development for all participants, using highly skilled directors and coaches.
Program Philosophy
Spring hockey is considered a high level program. Players and Coaches who demonstrate the skills, desire and ability to be part of an organization such as this should experience a highly competitive environment. The program will offer equal opportunity for all players, both on a playing level and personal level. All coaches will coach with learning and positive experiences in mind.
As directors of such a program, coaches, and assistants, we will continue to assess our strengths and weaknesses and will continually look to improve the program so that all receive a very positive experience. We will always remember, “the kids will be people a lot longer than they will be a hockey player”
